Why oh why oh why is there banging and drilling and banging and drilling right outside our window at 8 AM????????????????

Okay, I do know the answer: construction, but it does not ease my tiredness nor my crankiness!  All yesterday and the day before I have been looking forward to sleeping in this weekend... only to find out now that no sleeping in will happen because of construction!  We didn't get to bed last night until 12:30, staying up for the spectacular finish of my Red Sox, who are playing their best baseball of the year, seriously.

Also, why don't I own earplugs!?
